1. Purpose This parking policy establishes rules and regulations for the use of parking areas within the multifamily community to ensure safety, fairness, and accessibility for all residents and guests. 2. Assigned Parking Residents may be assigned designated parking spaces. These spaces are reserved exclusively for the assigned unit and may not be used by others without permission. 3. Guest Parking Guest parking spaces are intended for short-term use by visitors. Residents may not use guest parking for personal vehicles on a regular basis. 4. Vehicle Registration All resident vehicles must be registered with management and display any required permits, decals, or tags at all times. 5. Prohibited Vehicles Commercial vehicles, inoperable vehicles, trailers, boats, and recreational vehicles may be restricted or prohibited unless prior approval is obtained. 6. Parking Violations Unauthorized vehicles, improperly parked vehicles, or vehicles without proper registration may be subject to towing at the owner's expense. 7. Maintenance and Safety Vehicles must be in operable condition. Repairs, oil changes, or maintenance work in parking areas is prohibited. 8. Enforcement Management reserves the right to enforce this policy, including issuing warnings, fines, or towing non-compliant vehicles. 9. Liability The property is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or personal property within parking areas. 10. Amendments Management reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time with proper notice to residents.
